Icône féministe. TED 30M vues.
Nigerian novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is among the most widely read literary voices of her generation. Raised in Nsukka and educated in the United States, she rose to prominence with Purple Hibiscus, Half of a Yellow Sun and Americanah, translated into dozens of languages. Her TED talks, including We Should All Be Feminists and The Danger of a Single Story, have reached tens of millions of viewers and shaped public debate on identity and gender. She also runs an annual writing workshop in Lagos for emerging African writers.
She gave global debates on equality and on how Africa is represented a shared vocabulary, while investing concretely in the next generation of writers in her home country.
