Lubna Olayan
Pionnière des femmes dans le business saoudien.
Educated at Cornell and Indiana University, Lubna Olayan spent more than three decades running Olayan Financing Company, the Saudi arm of the group founded by her father Suliman Olayan, before becoming its chair. She was one of the first women to sit on the board of a listed Saudi company and the first to chair a Saudi bank, the Saudi British Bank. A director of several international corporations, she is regularly named among the most influential women in global business and has opened doors for a new generation of women executives across the Middle East.
A pioneer in the fullest sense, she has lastingly expanded the role of women in the Gulf economy while leading a group of international scope.
